cheap models ne suggestions?also i haven’t vacuumed my carpet 4 months and i have a cat…be ok 2 use steam cleaner 2 clean up carpet and suck up all the moldy smellin cat hair?ty
so just buy a dollar vacuum and some carpet fresh and call it a day?

A lot of similar questions have been asked on here but the answers given point to carpet CLEANING machines. I’m looking for a vacuum that has STEAMING capabilities. The machines in the grocery stores like Rug Doc. are just shampoo machines with scrubbing brushes. Thanks for any help!

just today i bought a Bissell steam machine to clean the carpet at my home. It is a But everyone knows that before deep steam cleaning, we need e vacuum cleaning for them. May i use it as vacuum cleaner before steaming or i need another vacuum cleaner?

I am looking to purchase a vacuum that will vacuum my carpet and shampoo my carpet when needed, but is 1 vacuum. I don’t want to have to buy 2 seperate vacuums if there is one that does both. Any information is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

We have indoor/outdoor carpet on a deck, and it’s filthy. I would like to purchase a steam cleaner-type vacuum and want to know what anyone might recommend.

I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg, about or less. We have a vacuum already, so it’s not necessary that it be a combination machine. It also should be fairly lightweight, not like those ones you can rent at the supermarket. I couldn’t get on into the car!
